We are a vertically integrated fine-knits manufacturer trusted by some of the world’s leading brands. We produce 360 tons of quality knitted fabrics every month, and can stock 1M kg of yarn, which we source from across the world. We produce jerseys, ribs, pointelles, interlock, pique, fleeces & terrys, half gauges, and intricate jacquards. We use only eco-friendly and Oeko-Tex and GOTS approved dyeing products, ensuring your fabric is not only vibrant in colour, but also safe for the environment and human health. Our mills provide continuous all-over printing service which we apply within our make-up units or on a subcontract print basis. Our unit handles both mechanical finishes (peaching, brushing, and shearing) and chemical finishes (wicking, bio-wash, anti-bacterial, and water-repellent). We offer our clients an extensive array of printing options including Waterbase, Plastisol, Reflective, High density and more. We have both normal embroidery as well as chain and sequin embroidery machines within our units. Our specialties are Satin, Tatami, Running stiches, Sequins, Applique, 3D foam effect, Chenille, and more. We mostly use Madeira, Isacor shiny thread, wool thread and matt polyester thread in our embroidery. We use 3D software, like CLO3d and Browzwear, to bring our designs to life. By being able to preview designs virtually, we eliminate the need for physical samples and do our part to reduce textile waste and minimise our carbon footprint.
